Heavy Duty All Purpose Cleaner ƒ A clear orange citrus fragranced all purpose cleaner, designed for areas where waste product can only be disposed of in storm drains.   ƒ It is a safe alternative to many highly alkaline products used for similar tasks. Recommended Uses For use on tarmac and concrete surfaces.  For general  cleaning of oil rigs, garage floors, ships decks, bilges, diesel islands, forecourts, floors and most hard surfaces. Dilution Rates 1 : 50 (2%), i.e. 100ml per 5 litres of warm to hot water up to 1 : 10 (10%), i.e. 500ml in 5 litres of warm to hot water, depending on degree of soiling. Toxicity Testing  The product does not contain sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide.  It is not classified under the current CHIP legislation and satisfies international tests carried out on unicellular algae and invertebrates representative of both fresh and salt water environments.  These tests were carried out according to internationally recognised guidelines from the organisation of economic co-operation and development (for freshwater species) and the international standards organisation (ISO) for salt water species.
